The United Way Volunteer Center offers programs and services that connect people with opportunities to serve, build the capacity for effective local volunteering, and participate in strategic initiatives that mobilize volunteers to meet local needs.
Programming/resources include:
- Adult, youth and group volunteer recruitment and referral
- Youth service learning and general community service program training
- Company/employee volunteer group support
- Agency volunteer management training
- Support of community events promoting volunteerism
Technical support to agencies/companies using volunteer services
